Teaching Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum. Incorporate interactive methods, storytelling, and multimedia to enhance student learning. Develop lesson plans that cater to diverse learning abilities and encourage critical thinking through grammar, literature, and communication exercises.
Planning and Curriculum Development
Collaborate with the academic team to refine and update English teaching materials. Ensure lessons align with national education standards and adapt content to meet evolving student needs. Participate in curriculum reviews to improve the effectiveness of English language instruction across grades.
Student Support and Mentorship
Act as a mentor to students, offering guidance on language skills, writing, and public speaking. Foster a supportive learning environment where students feel confident expressing themselves in English. Provide additional support to students struggling with foundational language concepts.
Classroom Management and Assessment
Maintain a structured yet dynamic classroom environment where students thrive. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Use feedback to improve student performance and encourage continuous improvement in language proficiency.
Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with other teachers to integrate English language skills into interdisciplinary lessons. Attend faculty meetings and workshops to stay updated on best practices in English teaching. Represent the school in educational forums or community events related to language education.
