Job Summary
Iqra Public School in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh is hiring a full‑time TGT Mathematics Teacher. The role involves delivering the Mathematics curriculum to senior classes, preparing students for board examinations, and contributing to the school’s academic environment.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for classes IX to XII, ensuring concepts are taught clearly and aligned with the state syllabus.
Create and assess assignments, quizzes, and test papers, providing timely feedback to support student improvement.
Utilise classroom technologies and visual aids to make abstract topics accessible and interesting.
Monitor student progress, maintain records of performance, and identify learners needing extra support.
Participate in departmental meetings, school functions, and parent‑teacher interactions to discuss student outcomes.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and contribute to continuous curriculum enhancement.
Uphold school policies, maintain discipline, and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Mathematics or related discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification.
Minimum five years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level.
Preferably cleared TET/CTET, though not mandatory.
Strong command of the Mathematics curriculum and ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.
Compensation
The position offers a salary ranging from Rs.20,000 to Rs.45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
