What You Will Do
- Develop and implement engaging Mathematics lesson plans for students in grade 1-5
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Engage with parents through regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute Mathematics department activities
- Participate in school events and functions to promote Mathematics education
- Develop and maintain a Mathematics resource room with relevant teaching materials
- Assist in coordinating Mathematics-related extracurricular activities
- Support students with Mathematics-related questions and concerns outside of regular class hours
- Stay updated with latest developments in Mathematics education and implement innovative teaching methods
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree
- Preference will be given to candidates with CTET or TET certification
- 1-year experience as a Mathematics Teacher or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
