Job Overview
Oxford International School is seeking a qualified and experienced PGT Botany Teacher to join our faculty. As a PGT Botany Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of Botany students.
What You Will Do
- Teach Botany to students at the senior secondary level
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans
- Conduct regular assessments and exams
- Provide individualized attention to students
- Develop and implement curricula
- Manage and maintain the Botany laboratory
- Supervise students during practical classes
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects
- Participate in school events and activities
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this position, you must have a postgraduate degree in Botany (M.Sc.) and a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification. A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Botany at the senior secondary level is required. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
