Job Overview
Oxford International School Gajraula is seeking a highly qualified teacher for the post of PGT Physics Teacher to join our teaching faculty. We require a dedicated teacher who can teach Physics to students from classes 9 to 12.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and deliver engaging Physics lessons to students in classes 9 to 12.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Maintain accurate student records and report on student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school development.
- Supervise students during non-teaching hours and ensure their safety.
- Participate in extracurricular activities to promote student growth.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Physics with B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Good to Have
- Experience in teaching Physics to classes 9 to 12.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
