Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement differentiated instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, empathy, and understanding among students.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning, and to provide students with access to a wide range of digital resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement whole-school initiatives that promote Hindi language and literature.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
- Attend professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in Hindi teaching and learning.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote Hindi language and culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or D.El.Ed degree in Hindi or a related field.
- Post-graduate degree in Hindi or a related field is preferred.
- Teaching experience of at least 3 years in a school setting.
