Your Students

Your inclusive classroom will use simple objects like beads, cards, and charts to build foundational skills. Parent meetings in Hindi and English will keep families informed and involved.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily lesson plans using age-appropriate methods—storytelling for numbers, games for addition, and drawing for geometry. Use worksheets and hands-on activities to reinforce concepts and keep students engaged. Provide extra support through small-group sessions for learners who struggle with foundational math.
Assess students informally through quizzes, oral questions, and observation to identify gaps early. Use local examples like market prices or bus timings to make math relatable and meaningful. Collaborate with PRT colleagues to plan cross-subject activities that include math in daily routines.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Mathematics with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized Indian university. Minimum three years of primary teaching experience in Uttar Pradesh schools. Preference for candidates familiar with Hindi-medium classrooms and regional learning styles.
Preferred Skills
Patience to repeat concepts without frustration and adapt explanations for different learners. Strong communication with parents in simple language about progress and challenges. Ability to create low-cost teaching aids from everyday materials found in Amroha homes and markets.
Salary and Benefits
Rs.20,000 to Rs.40,000 per month based on qualifications and experience. School timing support with mid-day refreshments and access to basic teaching resources. Regular professional development sessions to update classroom strategies in line with local academic needs.
