About Yash Vidya Mandir | Ayodhya

Nestled along the Ayodhya‑Ambedkar Nagar Highway in Darshan Nagar, Yash Vidya Mandir sits about nine kilometres from the bustling heart of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, pin‑code 224135. The stretch of road is lined with fields that gradually give way to modest homes and small shops, and the school’s five‑acre campus stands out as a green, quiet haven for families from the nearby villages and the town alike. Residents often see children in school uniforms walking along the highway, a daily reminder that the institution has become a familiar part of the neighbourhood’s rhythm.

The school follows the CBSE syllabus from Class 1 through Class 12, and the classrooms are designed to feel more like workspaces than traditional lecture halls. Teachers, many of whom have spent years teaching in the district, blend textbook learning with hands‑on experiments in the well‑equipped science labs and computer centres. The library, with over five thousand books, is a favorite spot for students who enjoy reading after school, while the BALA concept turns corridors and even stairwells into places where lessons can continue, turning every corner into a learning opportunity.

What really distinguishes Yash Vidya Mandir is its commitment to the surrounding rural community. Children from nearby villages receive subsidised tuition and free study materials, a practice that has been in place since the school opened in 1993 under the Jingle Bell Nursery School Society. The school regularly hosts creative projects and national‑level competitions that bring together students from different backgrounds, and its track record in district board examinations consistently places it among the top performers in the area. For many families here, the school is not just an educational centre but a reliable partner in giving their children a chance to grow.
