What you bring
Graduation in Social Science with B.Ed/D.El.Ed from a recognised university.
Minimum three years of TGT Social Science Teaching experience, preferably in Uttar Pradesh.
Familiarity with CBSE Social Science syllabi and assessment patterns.
Experience in leading department initiatives or mentoring junior teachers.
Preference for candidates with CTET/TET background, though not mandatory.
Career trajectory and growth
