The Art And Craft Job in Azamgarh will drive curriculum enrichment, manage studio resources, and mentor the art support team. Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement a year-round Art And Craft calendar that aligns with school themes and festivals celebrated in Azamgarh. Source eco-friendly supplies within a budget approved by the principal and finance team. Organize monthly art exhibitions in the school auditorium to showcase student portfolios and community projects.
Recruit, induct, and appraise two art assistants; schedule their daily studio duties and professional development. Conduct mid-year and annual reviews for art staff, linking performance to studio productivity and student engagement. Address parent concerns regarding art class timings or material quality promptly and document resolutions.
Oversee the maintenance of all art studios, storage rooms, and kiln areas; ensure fire safety compliance and ventilation checks every term. Prepare quarterly reports on material consumption, student participation, and budget utilization for the principal and management committee. Represent Children Sr. Sec. School at local art fairs and inter-school art meets to build external partnerships.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or Craft Design from a recognized university. Minimum three years of experience in an art studio, school art department, or creative education setting. Familiarity with CBSE art curriculum and Azamgarh’s local art traditions is an advantage.
