Role Summary

What You Will Do
1. Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining attendance records, handling correspondence, and preparing reports for the management.
2. Assist in the management of office supplies, stationery, and other essential items.

4. Maintain the confidentiality and security of school records and documents.
5. Assist in the preparation of school reports, accounts, and other financial documents.
6. Collaborate with the Accounts Officer to ensure accurate and timely payment of bills and salaries.
7. Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general information to parents and visitors.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or other senior officials.
Required Qualifications
A graduate degree from a recognized university is essential for this role. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with basic computer applications and proficiency in MS Office is a requirement.
