Senior NTT English Teacher
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Senior NTT English Teacher to join our team at our Tier 4 school in UK. As a Senior NTT English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English to students and leading the English department.
Instruction Approach (Leadership duties)
As a Senior NTT English Teacher, you will be expected to take on a leadership role within the English department, providing guidance and support to junior colleagues. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective teaching and learning strategies that meet the needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of varying abilities
- Develop and implement curriculum plans and assessments in line with school policies and procedures
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
- Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues to ensure consistent quality of teaching and learning
- Manage and maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
