What You Will Do

Monitor classroom observations every week, provide constructive feedback to educators, and track improvement trends across sections. Keep digital records of lesson observations and teacher reflections in the school ERP.
Organize monthly staff development sessions on classroom management, child psychology, and activity-based learning. Invite local resource persons from Azamgarh’s teacher training colleges when needed.
Coordinate with the subject coordinators to design age-appropriate worksheets, projects, and digital content for Hindi, English, Math, and EVS. Pilot new resources in pilot classes before rolling them out.
Liaise with the principal and vice-principal to prepare the primary wing’s annual academic report and budget for teaching-learning materials. Present proposals to the management committee during quarterly reviews.
Guide the primary wing’s participation in inter-school competitions like Azamgarh Sahodaya and local science fairs. Oversee preparation, logistics, and post-event analysis.
Maintain open communication channels with parents through WhatsApp groups, PTMs, and feedback forms. Address academic concerns promptly and document resolutions for follow-up.
Ensure compliance with all CBSE circulars, including safety drills, health check-ups, and digital safety training for students and staff.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Minimum three years of experience in school academic coordination or primary wing leadership.
Prior work in Azamgarh or nearby districts of Uttar Pradesh is preferred. Familiarity with CBSE assessment patterns and ERP tools like Fedena or MyClassboard is an advantage.
