Role Summary

Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and respects students' cultural backgrounds.
Stay updated with the latest developments in English language teaching and incorporate new techniques and resources into lessons.
