Ensure 100 percent syllabus completion at least two weeks before the commencement of final exams.
Maintain a minimum student attendance rate of 92 percent in your assigned periods through engaging teaching methods.
Organize at least one practical outdoor activity or field observation per month to enhance experiential learning.
Provide detailed monthly progress reports for each student and conduct one-on-one feedback sessions for students scoring below the 40th percentile.
Contribute at least two original articles or project reports to the school newsletter per academic session.
