TGT Biology Teacher Job in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons to students
2. Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, and exams
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback
4. Develop and implement learning materials and resources
5. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
6. Communicate with parents and guardians through regular progress reports
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve teaching methods
8. Participate in school-wide professional development activities
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Biology or related field (M.Sc., M.A., etc.)
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree
- TET/CTET certification (not mandatory)
Good to Have:
- Experience teaching Biology to students from Classes 6-12
- Knowledge of National Curriculum Framework for Teacher Education (NCFTE)
- Ability to speak multiple languages including Hindi and English
- Familiarity with computer-based learning platforms
Preferred Skills
• Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with online educational resources and tools
• Willingness to participate in school events and activities
Salary and Benefits
• Salary: Rs.50,000 - Rs.75,000 per month
