Qualification
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Social Science is mandatory. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must have strong command over English and Hindi, essential for effective communication with students and parents. A passion for shaping young minds through Social Science education is a key requirement.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school environment. Experience in teaching Social Science subjects, especially in a CBSE-affiliated institution, will be advantageous. Knowledge of state-specific syllabi and resources for Uttar Pradesh will be an asset.
Compensation
