Tithonus International School | Badaun seeks a dedicated PGT Geography Teacher to enhance its Geography curriculum and engage students with hands-on learning. This role involves designing engaging lesson plans, fostering critical thinking through field studies, and aligning teaching with modern educational standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in shaping young minds with a deep understanding of geographical concepts, from physical geography to human-environment interactions.
The PGT Geography Teacher will develop and deliver comprehensive syllabus-based classes, ensuring interactive and practical approaches. This includes organizing workshops, field trips, and projects to make geography relatable for students. Experience in integrating technology, such as GIS mapping and digital resources, will be highly valued to meet evolving educational demands.
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position, with a postgraduate degree in Geography as the primary requirement. A minimum of four years of teaching experience in Geography is essential, preferably in a school setting. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
