4. Assess students through regular tests, projects, and participation in class.
5. Maintain updated records of student progress and attendance.
6. Organize and lead Evs-related school events such as nature walks and cleanliness drives.
7. Collaborate with other PRTs to integrate Evs concepts across subjects.
8. Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
9. Support school initiatives like Swachh Vidyalaya Abhiyan and eco-clubs.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a NCTE-recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Evs for primary classes.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (verbal and written).
- Residence in Badaun or willingness to relocate.
Good to Have
- CTET or TET certification.
- Experience in CBSE-affiliated schools.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools like smartboards and educational apps.
- Previous involvement in environmental or science-related school projects.
- Knowledge of local flora and fauna relevant to Uttar Pradesh curriculum.
