Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- CTET/TET qualified
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching English in a school setting
Good to Have:
- Postgraduate degree in English or related field
- Experience in teaching at the secondary level
- Knowledge of CBSE curriculum
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of diverse learning abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
