- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and social responsibility
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Engage with parents through regular meetings, updates, and feedback sessions
Primary Duties
- Teach Hindi to students from class 1 to 5, using a range of teaching methods and approaches
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress, provide individualized support, and maintain accurate records of student achievement
- Communicate regularly with parents, keep them informed about their child's progress, and seek their input and feedback
- Participate in staff meetings, collaborate with other teachers, and contribute to the development of school policies and programs
