About Ideal Group Of Colleges | Lucknow

Welcome to Ideal Group of Colleges, a place where the campus stretches along Amarsanda on Kursi Road, just a short drive from the Lucknow–Barabanki border. Our two colleges—Ideal Degree College and Ideal PG College—have been serving the community since 2006, and we are proud to be affiliated with Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University and recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education. The setting is a mix of the quiet charm of the surrounding villages and the buzz of nearby towns, so you’ll find students who come from both rural families and the more urban pockets of Lucknow and Barabanki.

Our students are eager, diverse and often the first in their families to pursue higher education. They enroll in a wide range of programmes—from B.A., B.Sc. and B.Com. to their postgraduate equivalents, and also in our teacher‑training courses such as the D.El.Ed. and BTC. Because of that variety, the classrooms are lively, the discussions are interdisciplinary and the campus atmosphere encourages curiosity. Faculty members work closely with small groups, using the standard labs, libraries and teaching spaces that the college has built to support practical learning as well as theory.
