Salary and Compensation
Competitive monthly salary of ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 (depending on experience)

Primary Duties
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Grades 1–8 using communicative methodology
Create weekly lesson plans aligned with CBSE & school curriculum
Conduct formative & summative assessments; maintain detailed records
Participate in monthly curriculum review meetings
Collaborate with co-teachers to integrate cross-curricular themes
Organize quarterly English festivals, debates, and public speaking events
Attend mandatory Saturday professional-development workshops (2 per month)
