Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated NTT Mathematics teacher to join our institution. Class size: 25 students per class

Performance Expectations
The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following performance expectations:
- Achieve a student progress score of 0.5 or above in their GCSE Mathematics results
- Maintain a student satisfaction rate of 95% or above in their Mathematics lessons
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to students in grades 9-12
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans
- Assess and provide feedback to students on their progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions
Salary and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we offer the following benefits:
