Immediate Hiring: PRT Hindi Teacher (Urgent Requirement)
Classroom Environment
We are setting up vibrant, child-centric classrooms in our premium school located in a Tier-3 city. If you can join within 48 hours of selection, we guarantee a fully equipped, digitally supported classroom with a small section size of 22-25 learners. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for Grades 1-5 using activity-based methodologies
- Create and maintain Hindi language corners, wall displays, and monthly cultural boards
- Assess students through rubrics, anecdotal records, and periodic assessments aligned with NEP 2020
- Collaborate with subject heads to integrate Hindi with art, music, and storytelling
- Conduct fortnightly parent connect sessions to showcase learner progress in Hindi
- Maintain digital attendance, anecdotal notes, and portfolio entries on our LMS within 24 hours
- Participate in weekly subject enrichment meetings and bi-monthly school assemblies
Salary and Compensation
- Starting gross salary: ₹32,000 per month (in-hand ₹27,500)
- Annual increment of ₹1,200 after every 12 months of service
- Performance bonus: up to 10% of annual CTC based on student learning outcomes
- Free school transport for teachers residing within 10 km radius
- Comprehensive health insurance for self and dependents (50% premium covered by school)

Qualification & Experience
