Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Physics from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed from NCTE-approved institution. Minimum 3 years of teaching Physics at senior secondary level. Prior experience with smart classrooms or digital tools will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Strong digital literacy with experience in Google Workspace and LMS platforms. Familiarity with PhET simulations, GeoGebra, and LabArchives. Ability to create screencasts and edit short videos using basic tools. Comfortable troubleshooting minor technical issues during class.
