Collaboration with teachers and administrative staff is key—participating in departmental meetings, sharing lesson plans, and adapting activities based on student feedback. A strong foundation in art techniques and an enthusiasm for nurturing young minds will be crucial for this role.
To qualify, the candidate must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an arts-focused or primary school setting. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. The monthly salary for this position is Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 30,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
