Job Description
TGT Science Teacher Position at Csc Bal Vidyalaya in Basti
A TGT Science Teacher position is available at Csc Bal Vidyalaya in Basti, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves teaching Science to students in classes where the subject is typically offered. The teacher will engage students through interactive lessons, practical demonstrations, and hands-on experiments to foster a deeper understanding of core scientific concepts.
The successful candidate will prepare lesson plans aligned with the curriculum while adapting teaching methods to suit varying student abilities. Daily classroom instruction will focus on physics, chemistry, and biology, ensuring engagement and comprehension. Experience in designing engaging experiments and using visual aids will be highly beneficial.
Assessing student progress through quizzes, projects, and periodic tests is part of the role. Feedback will be provided both to students and parents to support their academic growth. Maintaining clear communication with parents about their children’s performance and any areas needing improvement is essential.
Collaboration with other teachers in the Science department will help coordinate resources, share teaching strategies, and ensure consistency in curriculum delivery. Supporting extracurricular activities related to Science, such as science fairs or club meetings, may also be required.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.25,000, depending on qualifications and experience. A postgraduate degree in Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject is preferred. A valid TET or CTET certificate will be an added advantage.
