About This Role
The Judo Coach Job in Bulandshahr will lead the judo program at Bk Public School, Anoopsahar. Responsibilities include designing training schedules, managing equipment, and guiding student athletes. Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily judo practice sessions for students aged 10 to 18. Organize inter-house and inter-school judo competitions at Anoopsahar and nearby areas. Maintain inventory of judo mats, belts, and uniforms with procurement support from the school office.
Train 4 to 6 student teams simultaneously while ensuring safety and discipline during drills. Coordinate with the school’s sports coordinator to align judo training with annual sports calendar. Prepare monthly progress reports for the principal highlighting performance and participation.
Arrange for external judo referees and coaches for workshops twice a year. Ensure all judo mats are cleaned and stored properly after every session. Work with the school’s medical staff to manage minor injuries and maintain first aid kits.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized Indian university. Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as a judo coach or assistant coach in a school or sports academy. Knowledge of judo techniques, belt system, and competition rules preferred.
Familiarity with Indian school sports culture and local tournaments in Uttar Pradesh. Ability to communicate in Hindi and English with students, parents, and officials. Basic computer skills for maintaining attendance and performance records.
