- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood English teaching
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to teach in Hindi when needed for comprehension
Good to Have
- CTET or TET certification
- Experience in play-based or Montessori-style English instruction
- Familiarity with digital tools like rhyme videos or interactive flashcards
