About This Role

* Coach students for board exams in Chemistry, ensuring they achieve high grades
* Collaborate with other departments to integrate Chemistry with other subjects
* Conduct workshops for teachers on effective teaching methods in Chemistry
* Develop and maintain a resource room for Chemistry students, stocked with relevant materials
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on their performance
* Analyze exam results and suggest improvements to the curriculum
* Develop a professional development plan for Chemistry teachers at Bk Public School
* Represent the school in Chemistry-related activities and events
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a post-graduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc) and a B.Ed degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Chemistry is required, with a preference for candidates who have cleared the TET or CTET exams. The candidate must also have a strong understanding of the Chemistry curriculum and the ability to lead a team of teachers.
