Job Description
Position Summary
Genius Public School is hiring a full‑time PGT Mathematics Teacher for its Bulandshahr (sadar) campus in Uttar Pradesh. The role involves delivering the Mathematics curriculum to senior secondary classes, preparing students for board examinations, and fostering analytical skills.
Reporting and Scope
Reports to the Head of School and works within the senior school teaching team.
Core Duties
Design and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for classes XI and XII, aligning with the CBSE syllabus and examination standards.
Create and evaluate assessments, quizzes, and project work to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
Organise remedial sessions and enrichment activities for students needing additional support or advanced challenges.
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and school events, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance as per school policies.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and areas for development.
Qualification and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Mathematics or related discipline, complemented by a B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
Minimum two years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
TET/CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to use modern teaching aids and digital tools in the classroom.
Compensation and Location
Salary: Rs.25,000 – Rs.50,000 per month.
Location: Bulandshahr (sadar), Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh.
