About This Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic PRT Mathematics Teacher to join our Mathematics department at Delhi World Public School. This is a full-time position that requires a graduate with a strong passion for Mathematics teaching. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to students from classes VI to X, using innovative and effective teaching methods
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their understanding of mathematical concepts
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration among students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide Mathematics initiatives and projects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Mathematics education and incorporate new ideas and resources into the classroom
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive learning environment
- Participate in school-wide events and activities that promote Mathematics awareness and appreciation among students and staff
Who Can Apply
Applicants should have a strong background in Mathematics and a passion for teaching. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required, and TET or CTET certification is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
