- Analyze and interpret board exam results to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Sanskrit with other subjects, promoting holistic learning.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their Sanskrit pedagogy skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest Sanskrit curriculum developments and pedagogical best practices.
- Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate student progress and understanding of Sanskrit concepts.
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to Sanskrit education.
Eligibility Criteria (B.Ed plus 5 years, NET or SET preferred)
To be eligible for this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree and a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Sanskrit. A Post-Graduate Diploma in Sanskrit or a related field is preferred. A NET or SET certification is also highly desirable.
