Role Summary
Bk Public School is looking for a Tennis Coach to develop and manage the school’s tennis program in Anoopsahar, Bulandshahr. The coach will plan training sessions, organize inter-school tournaments, and ensure students improve their game. Day-to-Day Duties
1. Conduct structured tennis training sessions for students aged 8 to 18, focusing on technique and fitness.
2. Plan weekly practice schedules and drills that align with the school’s sports calendar.
3. Organize and officiate inter-house and inter-school tennis matches in Bulandshahr.
4. Maintain equipment inventory and ensure courts and nets are in good condition.
5. Track student progress and prepare reports for the sports coordinator and principal.
6. Coordinate with parents during tournaments and practice timings.
7. Promote sportsmanship and discipline among students during all tennis activities.
8. Assist in selecting teams for district-level competitions and represent Bk Public School.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be graduates with a minimum of 2 years of tennis coaching experience. A diploma or certification in sports coaching is desirable but not mandatory. Basic computer knowledge is required for maintaining attendance records and match schedules. Fluency in Hindi and English is necessary for communication with students and staff.
Preferred Skills
Experience coaching students in competitive tennis is preferred. Knowledge of modern coaching techniques and fitness drills is an advantage. Ability to work in a team with sports coordinators and administrative staff is important. Familiarity with local sports culture in Bulandshahr will help in building community engagement.
Salary and Benefits
