- Coordinate and facilitate professional development programs for faculty members, including workshops, training sessions, and conferences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the school administration to develop and implement policies and procedures for academic matters.
- Provide guidance and support to faculty members on matters related to academic planning, curriculum development, and pedagogy.
- Maintain and update records of academic programs, initiatives, and faculty development activities.
- Represent the school at academic conferences, workshops, and other events as necessary.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you should have a post-graduate degree and at least 5 years of experience in academic administration, leadership, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in TGT level academic administration. You should be well-versed in academic policies, procedures, and best practices, and have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
