What You Will Do
Plan and deliver structured Chemistry lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum. Conduct regular practical sessions to reinforce theoretical knowledge in the lab. Prepare students for board examinations with focused revision and mock tests. Identify students facing difficulties and provide one-on-one or small-group support. Organize Chemistry-related activities like quizzes and model-making to build interest. Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and progress records as per school policy. Collaborate with subject teachers to plan interdisciplinary projects. Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and needs.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Chemistry from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in the relevant subject. Minimum three years of Chemistry teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Preference will be given to candidates with TET or CTET certification.
