About This Role
St. Xavier High School is looking for a PRT Evs Teacher to work with students in Rudrapur and surrounding areas of Deoria. The teacher will guide young learners through environmental studies, helping them understand local ecosystems and community practices. Your work will shape how students see their surroundings in Deoria and beyond.
Classroom Profile
Classes are small and interactive, with students aged 6 to 12. Most come from nearby villages where farming and local trades are common. The Evs curriculum connects classroom learning to real-life experiences in Deoria’s fields and neighborhoods. Teachers use local examples to make lessons meaningful and engaging.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan weekly Evs lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and local needs. Prepare simple experiments and field observations for students in Rudrapur and nearby areas. Organize small projects where students study local water sources or waste management in their communities.
Use charts, models, and real objects to explain environmental concepts clearly. Conduct regular assessments through informal quizzes and observation of student participation. Keep parents informed about their child’s progress in Evs through notes and meetings. Participate in school events focused on environmental awareness.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in elementary education. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits
Monthly salary is Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 based on qualifications and experience. Includes health coverage for the teacher. School provides teaching materials and support for professional growth.
