Role Summary
Seth M.r. Jaipuria School is seeking a skilled and experienced Taekwando Coach to lead our school's Taekwondo program in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and conduct Taekwondo training sessions for students.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve students' skills and performance.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of assistant coaches and volunteers.
- Collaborate with school administrators to promote the Taekwondo program and generate community interest.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local Taekwondo clubs and organizations.
- Organize and participate in tournaments and competitions to promote the school's Taekwondo program.
- Maintain accurate records of student participation, progress, and achievements.
- Develop and submit reports on program success and areas for improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a graduate degree and at least 2 years of experience in Taekwondo coaching or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualifications and certification in Taekwondo coaching.
