Day-to-Day Duties
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs and policies.
- Coordinate with teachers, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless academic operations.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and personnel to support academic programs.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence in teaching and learning.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers to enhance their instructional practices.
- Monitor and report on academic performance, progress, and achievements.
- Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement institutional goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, academic standards, and institutional policies.
- Provide administrative support to the Principal and other senior staff members.
- Represent the institution at local, regional, and national level as required.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess a postgraduate degree (B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or equivalent) and at least three years of experience in academic administration, preferably in a similar school setting. A strong understanding of educational policies, procedures, and regulations in India is essential. Familiarity with local and national education initiatives is an added advantage.
