Role Summary
We are seeking to fill the position of a TGT Chemistry Teacher at St Xavier High School in Deoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students from classes 9 to 12. As a TGT Chemistry Teacher, you will be expected to deliver engaging lectures, conduct practical experiments, and assess student performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver lectures on Chemistry to students from classes 9 to 12
* Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations to illustrate key concepts
* Assess student performance through regular quizzes, tests, and exams
* Develop and implement inclusive and student-centered teaching strategies
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's curriculum
* Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents regarding student progress
* Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry and incorporate this knowledge into teaching
* Contribute to the development of the school's Chemistry department
Eligibility Criteria
* Postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) from a recognized university
* B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. from a recognized institution
* Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Chemistry
* Fluency in Hindi and English languages
* Familiarity with the NCERT and CBSE syllabi for Chemistry
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month. Additionally, the candidate will be eligible for benefits including medical insurance, transportation allowance, and other perks as per the school's policies.
