3. Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to improve student performance in Hindi.
4. Organize cultural events such as Hindi Diwas celebrations and inter-house Hindi debates.
5. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment for all students.
6. Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress in Hindi.
7. Collaborate with other Hindi teachers to share resources and teaching strategies for Deoria-based students.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must have a postgraduate degree in Hindi and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Three years of teaching experience in Hindi at the middle school level is required. Experience in Hindi Teaching Job in Deoria is preferred but not mandatory. CTET or TET certification will be an added advantage.
