Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Science lessons to students from Class VI to Class X, following the curriculum and guidelines set by the school.
- Design engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a comprehensive Science curriculum.
- Participate in professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills.
- Engage in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress.
- Assist in evaluating and improving school policies and programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Science, with a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree. A TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. You must have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting and a strong understanding of the Indian education system.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
