Your Students

What You Will Do
Create engaging lesson plans on Ancient, Medieval, and Modern Indian History as per NCERT and CBSE guidelines.
Conduct regular assessments and mock tests to track student progress in History.
Use audio-visual aids, maps, and primary sources to make History come alive in the classroom.
Encourage debates and discussions on historical events to develop critical thinking.
Prepare students for History projects and presentations with proper guidance.
Coordinate with other subject teachers for interdisciplinary learning, especially in Humanities.
Provide individual attention to students struggling with History concepts.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in History from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with specialization in Social Science.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in History at the senior secondary level.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CBSE exam patterns and marking schemes for History.
Experience in handling classroom technology like smart boards and projectors.
Ability to mentor students for History Olympiads and quizzes.
Knowledge of local history of Uttar Pradesh and its relevance in teaching.
