What You Will Do
- Teach dance classes to students in grades 1-8
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide dance programs
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular progress updates
- Participate in school events and functions, such as dance performances and cultural festivals
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must possess a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree, and have at least 2 years of teaching experience as a PRT. TET/CTET certification is preferred, but not mandatory. You must be passionate about dance education, and have a strong commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
