- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute Science-related events and activities.
- Analyze board results to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for growth.
- Represent the Science department at school meetings and events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Science subject experts and resource persons.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote STEM education and research.
- Contribute to the development of Science-related policy and procedure documents.
- Collaborate with the Vice Principal to plan and implement school-wide projects.
- Participate in school events, such as Science fairs, exhibitions, and competitions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Science or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institute.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in Science at the school level.
- NET or SET certification in Science (preferably).
- Strong knowledge of Science curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
