Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PGT Business Studies Teacher to join S.t Francis Christian School in Bhartana, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Business Studies to classes of students, using innovative pedagogy and modern tools.
Pedagogy and Tools

Our classrooms are equipped with smart boards and we use Google Classroom and a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate blended learning. The successful candidate will be expected to use these tools to engage students and promote active learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Business Studies to classes of students, using innovative pedagogy and modern tools
- Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Use Google Classroom and LMS to facilitate online teaching and learning
- Integrate technology to enhance the learning experience
- Use smart boards to present lessons and engage students
- Conduct workshops and seminars to promote business studies concepts
- Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student learning
- Use data to inform teaching strategies and improve student outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and programs
Who Can Apply
TET/CTET qualifications are not required for this position. However, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce with a post-graduate degree in Business or Commerce, and a B.Ed/D.El.Ed are necessary. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced teacher who can use technology to enhance the learning experience.
