Job Overview
S.t Francis Christian School is looking for a Post Graduate Trained Physics Teacher to join our team in Bhartana, Etawah. The role is designed for a full-time professional who can deliver structured Physics lessons to senior secondary students while maintaining an inclusive classroom environment.

What You Will Do
Plan and deliver Physics lessons for Classes 11 and 12 using NCERT-aligned syllabus and practical demonstrations. Conduct regular lab sessions to reinforce theoretical concepts with hands-on experiments. Assess student progress through periodic tests, assignments, and viva voce to identify learning gaps.
Provide remedial support to students struggling with numerical problems or derivations during extra help sessions. Organize Physics exhibitions or model-making competitions to encourage curiosity and peer learning. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular links, such as using mathematical tools in Physics problems.
Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records as per school policies. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff meetings to strengthen community engagement. Mentor students preparing for competitive exams like JEE or NEET through focused doubt-clearing sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Physics with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed or equivalent teacher training qualification is mandatory. Prior teaching experience of at least 2 years in a Physics Teacher role is required.
