Job Overview
S.t Francis Christian School in Bhartana, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a qualified and experienced PGT Political Science Teacher to join our faculty. As a subject-specialist, you will be responsible for teaching Political Science to students at the higher secondary level.

Pedagogy and Tools
At S.t Francis Christian School, we emphasize interactive and activity-based learning in our Political Science classes. You will be expected to design and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate case studies, group discussions, and role-playing exercises to help students develop critical thinking and analytical skills.

What You Will Do
- Develop and teach engaging lesson plans for Political Science classes at the higher secondary level.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding of Political Science concepts.
- Prepare and administer quizzes, tests, and exams to measure student knowledge and skills.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's academic programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement co-curricular activities that promote social awareness and civic engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to students who need help with their Political Science studies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote the values of S.t Francis Christian School.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and developments in the field of Political Science.

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a post-graduate degree in Political Science or a related field (M.A. or M.Sc.) and a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed the CTET or TET exam.

Salary and Benefits
