5. Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
6. Communicate with parents through regular meetings and progress reports.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.

To be eligible for this role, you must have the following qualifications and experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. Chemistry) or a related field.
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree (or equivalent) in teaching.
- 2 years of experience in teaching Chemistry to students from Class 9 to 12.
- Strong understanding of the Chemistry curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
